Ketchup and tomato sauce market in Russia in 2010 rose to 182.2 thousand tonnes, and that is a 16.5% increase compared to previous year. In 2011 the growth trend also continued is expected to reach 10% increase.
Turkish Statistical Institute figured out, that crop cultivation in 2010 will be lower that last year and presented some figures.According to TurkStat estimation, in general vegetable cultivation will fall by 0.9 per cent to 26.5 million tonnes and fruit cultivation by 1.5 per cent to 16.4 million tonnes.
